Returns Process

What Is the Process for Returns?

Change-of-mind returns for eligible goods purchased online are accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.

To return or exchange a product, the goods must be in the same condition as originally received and include the original swing tags, labels and packaging.

Before returning goods, register your intention to return the product by contacting our Customer Service team by phone or email. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a returns authorisation number.

It is essential to write the returns authorisation number on the returns form and include your receipt or other proof of purchase with the returned goods.

Once authorised, return the goods to the address below. Unless different arrangements apply, return freight for a change-of-mind return is at the customer's cost.

How to Return an Online Purchase

STEP 01

Contact Customer Service

Contact Brahma Customer Service by phone or email to register your intention to return the product and obtain a returns authorisation number.

STEP 02

Prepare Your Return

Ensure the product is in the same condition as originally received and includes its swing tags, labels and packaging. Include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

STEP 03

Send the Product Back

Write the returns authorisation number on the returns form and send the product to the Brahma Online Returns address provided above.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size?

Eligible change-of-mind returns provide the following two options:

Exchange or Replacement

Exchange or replacement for a different size, subject to availability.

Refund

Refund to the original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal, excluding the original delivery freight cost.

Condition of Returned Goods

Products returned under the change-of-mind policy must be in the same condition as originally received.

  • Products must be unused and in saleable condition.
  • Original swing tags and labels must remain attached where applicable.
  • Original packaging should be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

How Long Will It Take to Get a Refund?

Once your returned goods have been received by Brahma Industrial, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed back to your account.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the financial institution or payment provider processing the transaction.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your Brahma product has a manufacturing or material defect, please refer to our Warranty page for information about warranty claims and Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this Returns & Refunds policy.
